Carlsberg Management Company is pleased to present the Richland Office Building in Richland, Washington. Developed in partnership with the Jerry D. Abrams Company and others, Richland Office Building is the newest and one of the most beautiful buildings in the tri-city area of Richland, Pasco and Kennewick. It contains 25,000 square feet and has stunning views of the Columbia River. The building was completed in early 2006; it is already 33% occupied.

Ocean Walk Shoppes
Daytona Beach, FL

Ocean Walk Shoppes is a 110,000 square foot entertainment shopping center located on the ocean in Daytona Beach, Florida. The shopes is less than a year old. Carlsberg purchased the center in September 2003 for $20,000,000 along with several investors. The shoppes is anchored by a 10-screen state of the art theater complex. Other major tenants include, Bubba Gumps, Adobe Gilla's, Starbucks, and Harley Davidson.

Carlsberg LAX Center
Los Angeles, California

This 80,000 square foot office building was in sad repair. Located next to the Los Angeles International Airport, the building's major tenant had moved out years ago. It had been for sale for several years. Carlsberg purchased the building and started a rehabilitation program. It moved its corporate offices into the building, upgraded the powerful utility systems in the building and leased the remaining space in the building to computer users who needed the power systems that the building had to offer. The building is now 75% occupied.

Ocean Walk Resort Project
Daytona Beach, Florida

Ocean Walk is a 600-room condominium hotel and timeshare project.  Carlsberg was an active partner in the project.  Ocean Walk was completed in 2004 and is sold out.

Building on the success of Ocean Walk, Carlsberg is developing another large project in Daytona Beach. It will consist of two hotels with 250 rooms each and four restaurant pads. Also included is an amusement pier. This project is particularly interesting because it involves support from the federal, state and county and city governments.

Hickory Star is a marina and recreational vehicle resort on Lake Norris in East Tennessee. Lake Norris is one of the best bass fishing lakes in all of the Tennessee Valley lakes.
